About enrollment

• Qualification of antique dealer (vehicle dealer) per Antique Dealings Act is mandatory
  (Sole proprietor is limited to an application by nominee with antique dealer certificate).
• Owning a permanent sale office and making actual business activities.

• We will confirm and examine the relative documents.
• Membership application may not be accepted as a result of examination.

• (1)Submit all the necessary documents
  (Ensure to fill in all prescribed document and submit with following required documents).
• (2)After examination, the result is to be noticed by email.
• (3)Issue ID/Password
  Issue an identification number (monthly)

• Membership application form
• Copy of Antique Dealer License form
  (With nominee as license holder after application of vendor)
• Copy of Commercial Registration
• Copy of residence card or special permanent resident certificate if the representative is a foreigner.
• Certificate of a seal impression
• Photograph of buisness establishment
  (Corporate name or store name must be visible on signboards,etc)
• Photograph of the exhibition hall or storage yard
• Copy of the representative's drivers license or passport

• Applied by Corporation: 1・2・3・4・5・6・7

Public papers must have issued date within 3 months of application.
Those bidders who satisfy above membership conditions as well as agree with our membership terms, please put necessary documents in post for our examination.
