Nissan Plazasol Co,. Ltd. pays full attention for protecting the customers personal information as social responsibility.
We promote protection of personal information data by enforcing recognition and an action of importance of protection of personal data on the following fate, workforce about a personal protection of information policy and meet trust of our customer.

• (1)Acquisition and the use of personal information
  We acquire personal information in the range that is necessary for our duties (for used car auction and net auction). In the acquisition of personal information, we state a use purpose clearly to the person and make it adequately and, with consent of the person, use in the range that is necessary for the accomplishment of a use purpose. We do not conduct handling (the use out of purpose) of personal information beyond the range that is necessary for the accomplishment of a use purpose. In addition, take maintenance of company management system and appropriate safety management measures for not doing conduct the use out of purpose.
• (2)Provision of personal information
  We do not provide the personal information that we acquired for the third person except obtain a customer's consent or based on laws and ordinances
• (3)Legal compliance
  We observe laws and ordinances applied about the handling of the personal information that we hold, the indicator that a nation establishes and other standards.
• (4)Management of personal information
  We manage personal information adequately and severely and take safety management measures to prevent leaking of personal information, loss or damage. Moreover, we establish a procedure for the prevention of the problem occurrence and conduct it and take correction for recurrence prevention for the problem occurrence immediately.
• (5)About inquiry or complaint
  We organize consultation service and correspond faithfully for an inquiry or a complaint about the handling of personal information and safety management measures.
